Completely new TruONE®, designed to combine switching and control flawlessly in a single unit, is the world’s first purpose-built true automatic transfer switch. Tested beyond standard requirements, TruONE® is always ready to reliably provide critical power. Its unique design reduces cable and connection counts, shortens installation time and minimizes potential connection errors, delivering best-in-class reliability. TruONE® is future-ready with advanced connectivity.

As a result of integration between the switch and control unit, the number of connections is drastically reduced. With TruONE, you do not need external cables, only a standard ethernet cable for the detachable HMI unit that can be removed from the ATS enclosure and mounted on the door. TruONE can be installed on all standard panels with only 4 screws and a single cable, reducing installation time by up to 80%.

TruONE is capable of performing in-phase transfer with its phase synchronization feature that monitors relative phase angles between two sources and a transfer time below 50ms. Always ready for emergency manual operation, TruONE allows emergency manual operation to be performed even under load.

TruONE provides safe and reliable operation during dramatic changes in temperature (-25…+70°C) and voltage (160–576 VAC). It has been tested for vibration (IEC 60068-2-6) and shock (IEC 60068-2-27). TruONE also has true short-circuit withstand capability and exceeds UL1008 requirements in short-circuit performance.

With a Level 4 controller, TruONE not only knows the status of the ATS, but also has predictive maintenance capabilities that tell us under what conditions the environment in which the ATS is installed is operating.

TruONE can be equipped with overlapping neutral if desired.

TruONE complies with IEC60947-6-1 and UL1008 standards. TruONE combines the best features of both worlds; these are UL’s fast transfer capabilities and IEC’s requirement for the ATS to have a fixed OFF position for load isolation.

TruONE has two versions; an open transition version without fixed OFF position in the ATS, and a delayed transition version with fixed OFF position. Transfer time is the same regardless of open transition and delayed transition.
