Product Overview
The MLS enclosure body is made of 2mm thick Al-Zn coated steel sheet. Various subsections and functional units are assembled using E=25mm module perforated grade 8.8 self-locking screws. The frame and cabinet have sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand specific mechanical stress, electrical stress and thermal stress and can accommodate humidity during normal operation. Door panels are made of 1.5mm thick quality steel sheet with hinges having an opening angle of at least 120°. The door surface is coated with epoxy powder. IP rating can be IP30, IP40, IP31, IP41, IP42, IP55.
The main busbar can be a three-phase four-wire system or five-wire system and is fixed by isolation supports to the subsection. For systems with rated current of 4000A and above, Dualbar structure is used. The vertical busbar in the MCC can be rated up to 1600A and can be equipped with 3-pole and 4-pole systems. Internal safety barriers separate the busbar section from the equipment section, preventing operators from contacting dangerous live parts. The partition can be up to Form 4b. Protective conductor (PE) lines extend along the full length of the cabinet and vertical branch and earthing marking is also provided.
Product Features
Safety and Reliability. The partitions within the enclosure can be divided into horizontal busbar section, vertical busbar section, functional unit section and external terminal section. Comprehensive partitioning enhances safety, reliability and maintainability by preventing unexpected shocks. Suitable for utility power grids, commercial buildings, hospitals and universities and other applications.
Customization and Scalability. Depending on the structure of its functional units, MCC enclosures can be withdrawable type, plug-in type or fixed type. Fixed units can be equipped with 160A-2000A current 3-pole or 4-pole molded circuit breakers. Standard module heights vary from 8E/2 to 72E. Plug-in units can be used as feeder or motor control unit with 160A~800A current and have standard modules of 8E/2 to 36E. Withdrawable units consist of modular design and are made of standard modules ranging from 8E/4 to 24E and are suitable for feeder and motor control units.
Easy to use, replace and maintain. The operating status of the control unit is clearly displayed in the position indicator area of the panel. Reliable mechanical locking is used to prevent incorrect operation.
